For Maths and Science, a good source to get some form of Chinese-English translation is the Maths and Science Dual Language Programme (DLP) textbooks. Please note that these textbooks are not like-for-like translation of the SJKC textbooks but they have roughly the same content and can serve as a good source of reference in English.
